Borrowing By Ruthie's template, here's what happened in my July:
L I F E
Weekly Dates Since I am back in relationship with W, we met on weekly basis. Yes, we know that we should've stayed home. But we went anyway. Let's see... we visited Ikkudo Ichi, Say Something Coffee, Three Folks (for 5 minutes before we left because it's way too crowded). Also went for dinner at his place with his family (did I freaked out? obviously. did it turned out fine? yes).
Back on Set I went on a long hiatus from work, shooting included, from April to June. Finally, in July, I've had my shoots scheduled. Shoot(s) with 's' because I had 3 shoots within 2 weeks. I thought that the hiatus would make me all rusty. Apparently & luckily, I was wrong. It went really well that one of the production team commented how quick the shoot with me was :')
Going on a Picnic With the pandemic going on, it's becoming harder and harder for W and I to date. I've been pretty careful by avoiding crowded and enclosed space, especially if we're going to spent a long time sitting. So, when he proposed the idea of going to a picnic, I agreed immediately.
From the planning (getting a gingham picnic mat–while accidentally finding bizzare home decor), to the day of the picnic, it was all fun. Although we planned something else for the food, we ended up getting noodles takeaway.
Fun stuff #1: there was other picnic group nearby. As soon as they are seated, they actually pray ashar on the picnic mat. Fun stuff #2: After we went home, a mutual of W's friend posted a picture of us from afar, captioned, "this could be us but you playing" 😂

ADILS/LINNMON Desk from IKEA I worked terribly from home. So, I thought a proper desk would help. It did not. It worked well to put all my work stuff, eat, and play games, though. Get yours here.
Picnic Mat from Tokopedia W and I settled on yellow gingham mat because we thought that red gingham mat just screams too much picnic lol.
Face Mask from YouRock! When I saw the seafood and pecel stall illustration, I just knew I had to have it for W. Here's the link to the store: @medusa.yourock
Mini Painting Kit from Studio San Junipero At this point of purchase, I’m convinced that staying in quarantine releases some kind of hormone that makes you spend more and more as the time goes. I mean, was the purchase really necessary? A painting kit? 100% no. Did I buy it anyway with no remorse? Yup. Either way, it’s gonna be a fun date idea to paint together, I guess. Here's the store name: @studiosanjunipero
Pink Pencil Pants & Pink Short By the time I’m making this purchase, I don’t even have enough money on my active account that I had to take it from my savings. BUT–in my defense, a pink outfit is something that I’ve needed for a long time for work and this should make it okay. Where to get yours: @monrue_ind

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake from Mood.Butter W and I bought this for R's birthday on July 5th. Since he's on a gluten-free diet, I browsed Instagram and found @mood.butter. I've got to admit that the taste is pretty bland, but then again it might be because of its gluten free formulations...?
Carrot Cake from Art of Being Health This Art of Being Health cake is for my brand acquaintances, the ladyboss behind Carl & Claire Perfumery, who is also a vegan.
MangkokKu I ordered Brisket Onion Sauce with Onsen Egg and it was pretty tasty that I actually ordered it again for lunch a couple times. If you’re a fan of fatty beef slices with savory marinade that leans more to the sweet side, and a hint of smoky flavor, this one’s for you. I also liked how the egg was perfectly soft and runny.
Akoen Noodle Before we went to picnic, W and I stopped by Akoen to take away noodles for lunch. Tasty but not as savory and ‘MSG-y’ as I would’ve liked. Why am I such a picky eater...
Janji Jiwa The first time I tried their Caramel Latte, I stayed up all night and managed to write 2 whole articles. The second and third time I ordered it, I went to nap 20 minutes after. Oh, well.
Dessert by Dare I got two of their mini dessert boxes: Belgium Chocolate and Milky Cheese. It did the job fulfilling my sweet craving during PMS.
Pochajjang Korean BBQ Um. Nope. That's all.

Dark As the name suggest, the series was pretty dark–the set, the cast, the conversation–basically everything that I stopped after watching 3 episodes.
Into the Night If you fancy a post-apocalyptic movie with classic arrays of cast–the brave, the stupid, the lover, the pain in the ass–this would be perfect for you. I liked the plot, but the dialogue definitely has room for improvement.
Avatar: The Last Airbender Rewatched this and watching this as a grown up now, I feel even more amazed of how good this series was.
Japan Sinks 2020 I am not a fan of this series 🙂. It started out promising, but with each scene passes, this series just left an uncomfortable feeling, so I stopped after the fifth or sixth episode.
Cheers,
